The Peachland Chamber of Commerce board of directors appreciated the opportunity to co-host the business pancake breakfast in January.

We were able to speak to our new council members and to members of the business community.

We want to extend a special thank you to our new economic development officer, Kevin Taylor, for organizing this business before hours meeting, as well as the Peachland fire department for providing the breakfast.

We invite our membership to the upcoming quarterly meeting on Monday, February 16, at 6 p.m. at the Blind Angler Grill.

Limited seats are available, so registration is required, the cost is $20 for dinner (tax and gratuities included).

Please R.S.V.P. to peachlandchamber@gmail.com.

During dinner our guest speaker will be Sam Samaddar of the Kelowna airport. He will introduce the Let’s Go Shuttle program. The meeting will follow the dinner.

Mark your calendars. We have a number of upcoming events, including the business expo and the wine, food and trade show on Saturday, April 11.

Vendor registration packages are available online at www.peachlandchamber.bc.ca. To get an early bird discount book your booth before February 28.

On Monday, May 25 we will hold our annual general meeting at the Gasthaus and on Sunday, September 13 we will hold our annual golf tournament at the Summerland Golf Club.

Saturday, November 14 will be our Business Excellence awards night.

We are currently looking for businesses willing to host a business after hours event.

If you think you might be interested send an email to peachlandchamber@gmail.com.
